JAS is the newest Fixed Based Operator (FBO) located at the Olympia Regional Airport in Olympia, Washington. JAS is a full service FBO located at the old Gower Flying Service location.

Purchased in January of 2009 by Debbie Jorgensen, a former Wien Air Alaska flight attendant, the buildings interior has been completely remodeled and updated. It now includes a conference room equipped with audio/visual support, a ground training classroom, weather briefing/flight planning stations, spacious pilot's lounge and a courtesy car for flight crew. The ramp area has been completely repaved and a service road was added to accommodate delivery and service vehicles.
